Welcome to Sam Mac Manor

Sam Mac Manor’s goal is to train eligible veterans, and other eligible participants, in construction trades (carpentry, masonry, HVAC, electricity, computer literacy) to rehabilitate homes in the Detroit Area. Eligible homes are classified as those where the vacant quotient for a one block radius is under 20%. (Example: 36 homes in one block, no more than 7 vacant homes) We at Sam Mac Manor organization are aligned with the belief that in order for the city to move forward it is imperative that we use the resources we have to improve our communities and neighborhoods.
